2023 劇情簡介：當(dāng)年以積極響應(yīng)國家"家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)責(zé)任承包制"致富的崗上村村民們，在改革開放四十周年之際，面臨著新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的保田受聘為崗上村的包村干部, 他剛上任就面臨著種種難題與挑戰(zhàn)。首先，他要說服自己負(fù)責(zé)的幾個(gè)村民小組，進(jìn)行“土地流轉(zhuǎn)”，卻遭到一些村民的不理解，其中最大的阻力來自他的父親。父親是 當(dāng)年"大包干”的帶頭人，也是大包干的受益者。這位德高望重的老人，現(xiàn)在是村民理事會(huì)會(huì)長，他在村里的影響不可小視。父親無法理解如今竟然要“土地流轉(zhuǎn)"， 不僅反對兒子，還動(dòng)員部分村民跟自己站在同一戰(zhàn)線，堅(jiān)持要捍衛(wèi)自己的責(zé)任田。而得不到村民理事會(huì)的支持，“土地流轉(zhuǎn)”就不能落實(shí)，在這場父子較量中無法取勝的保田充滿無奈，苦苦思索尋找新的辦法。 -
