婚姻不幸的土耳其女子烏馬伊（西貝爾·凱基莉 Sibel Kekilli 飾）不僅跟丈夫毫無愛情可言，更時常遭受丈夫的家庭暴力。悲劇的婚姻致使烏馬伊帶著兒子逃回了娘家德國。然而她悲劇的命運并沒有因此終止，迎接她的非但不是一個可以依靠的溫暖的家，而是家人的冷嘲熱諷。為了聲譽，家人居然極力勸她按照傳統(tǒng)習俗，把兒子送回給土耳其的丈夫撫養(yǎng)。面對家人的冷眼和唾棄，善良寬容的烏馬伊并沒有放棄，她堅持自己撫養(yǎng)兒子，不得已下寄居在朋友家。然而這僅僅是悲劇的序曲，烏馬伊帶著兒子去看望病危的父親，卻不曾想到，等待她的，居然是自己弟弟的槍口。
本片不僅榮獲2010年第60屆柏林國際電影節(jié)歐洲院線大獎，還獲得歐洲電影獎、德國電影獎在內的六次提名，三項大獎。

He was responsible for the creation of influential cinema journals like Le Journal du Ciné-Club and Cinéa, founding numerous film societies, writing countless articles and coining the term "cineaste". Delluc believed that films should be set in the natural without elaborate posturing, and characters should be portrayed in an intimate way where the past and present, illusion and reality can be correlated, all considered to be avant-garde at its time. He died only a few weeks after the shooting of The Flood at the age of 33. -

1970 劇情簡介： A musical retelling of Charles Dickens' classic novel about an old bitter miser taken on a journey of self-redemption, courtesy of several mysterious Christmas apparitions. In 1860, cranky old miser Ebenezer Scrooge hates Christmas; loathes people and defends the decrease of the surplus of poor population; runs his bank exploiting his employee Bob Cratchit and clients, giving a bitter treatment to his own nephew and acquaintances. However, on Christmas Eve, he is visited by the doomed ghost of his former partner Jacob Marley that tells him that three spirits would visit him that night. The first one, the spirit of Christmas Past, recalls his miserable youth when he lost his only love due to his greed; the spirit of Christmas Present shows him the poor situation of Bob's family and how joyful life may be; and the spirit of Christmas Future shows his fate. Scrooge finds that life is good and time is too short and suddenly you are not there anymore, changing his behavior toward Christmas, Bob, his nephew and people in general.
